California’s Energy, Construction, and Utilities Industries hire 15,000 new, highly skilled workers each year. California Community Colleges are uniquely positioned to supply this demand. The Energy, Construction and Utilities Sector team engages education and industry to deliver the knowledge, skills, and abilities students need for rewarding careers.
We engage employers and faculty to design curriculum with solid connections between student learning outcomes and industry-recognized credentials and skills.
We enroll students in courses that give them the knowledge, skills, and abilities to compete in ECU occupations.
We build a talent pipeline of qualified applicants for employers to fill critical positions that are building and powering California's economy.
